Milen Minev, the owner of New Edge Fitness brand holds a Master's degree and studied physical rehabilitation and exercise physiology at National Sports Academy "Vasil Levski" in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Coach Milen started working with his first personal training client in 1995 and has done thousands of Resting Metabolic Rate and VO2max testing procedures since then.

Based on his professional experience training clients and developing health and fitness programs based on their metabolic testing results, coach Milen has developed a line of supplements that supercharge the metabolism and increase the clients' metabolic rate and VO2max results as well as their muscular strength, thus delivering measurable results.
